Raipers
These one-handed beauties are a Drow's greatest ally, as they are strong, swift, and light. Their edges imply that they are to be dual wielded, however, they are also interchangable into either single or two-handed formations, though not as strong as a dual wield, they carry out a sufficient amount of damage. The swords are often found crossed over one another behind the thick sheet of accrylic obsidian armor that Jysalla always wears. They are often utilized in the form of vertical chops or slices, rather than horizontal sweeps, as it is Drowish culture to attack at the head, but if not available there is always an available compromise.
Chizzle Dagger
This dagger, found along the shin-gear and greaves, is used as either a throwing or last resort weapon; rarely you will see Jysala using it as a main. However, it can also be used for numerous non-violent purposes, such as cutting or cooking. Nonetheless, it is a formitable weapon, forged from the same temprate that Jysala's raipers and armor are made of: obsidian. With it's jagged and chipped curvature, the dagger can easily shave through flesh and ligament without thinking. However, there is a drawback to it all.
Due to the small frame and sacrafice of pressure for speed, the dagger is unable to penetrate bone and armor, making it almost unless against an unprotected target. In addition, since all of these weapons are made out of obsidian, they often require much upkeep. This is because obsidian is not like a general metal, rather it is made of a volcanic magma and extremelly high pressure, which can not be man-made. Rather, they have to be replaced completley or added onto, both of which cost a large amount of money.
